About Me

I’ve been working in ecommerce for over 20 years, building and managing marketplace businesses across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart and other platforms.

Earlier in my career, I helped launch and run the ecommerce division for a wholesale jewelry company, growing it into a multi-million dollar operation with profit margins of over 30%. Since then, I’ve worked with brands across a wide range of product categories, helping them structure, launch and manage their ecommerce operations.

My work goes beyond listings and advertising. Many of the biggest marketplace problems come from deeper structural issues such as catalog setup, inventory planning and overall account strategy. I focus on helping brands get those fundamentals right so growth is supported by a stronger operational foundation.

While Amazon is where I have the deepest experience, my work often extends into broader ecommerce operations including catalog management, inventory planning and cross-channel marketplace integration.

I typically work directly with founders and small teams who need practical, experienced support across both the strategic and operational side of running a marketplace business.
