About Me
I see things differently. I see angles others often miss and know how to pursue them practically. I don't chase ideas because they sound exciting. I look for the opportunity where the risk is worth it, the path is realistic and the upside is real. Then I build around it.
That's how I've operated for 20 years across Amazon and ecommerce. I noticed jewelry inventory sitting idle at a company I worked for and suggested building an ecommerce division around it. Nobody asked me to. Two years later it was generating $2M on Amazon at 30%+ margins without paid advertising.
At another company I walked into a $10M business, saw an entire product category they weren't selling and helped take it to $45M in a few years.
The pattern is always the same. I look at what a business has, find what's being left on the table and build around it practically.
The way I think about Amazon is simple. Keywords bring customers to a listing. Images convert them. The businesses that scale sustainably usually get this right first. The ones that struggle usually have a foundation problem that more ad spend won't fix.
